welcome in.

Growing up, my family spent summers at a small lake town outside of Chicago. A place where people gathered, slowed down, had real conversations, and enjoyed each other's company. No agenda, just genuine connection and the ease that comes when you finally take time to exhale. When I started thinking about what I wanted my work in mental health to look like, this place kept coming back to me. Not a clinical waiting room. Not a wellness brand trying to sell you something. Just a space that felt human, warm, and genuinely useful. A space where even your most chaotic thoughts have somewhere calm to land.

The Cottage is both a therapy practice and a wellness education space, created and led by a licensed clinical therapist with specialized training in

OCD

Perinatal mental health

Anxiety & Perfectionism

ADHD

High performing professional women

Resilience & Self Esteem Building

Everything at The Cottage is grounded in six pillars:

Evidence-based care — real clinical frameworks and research-backed tools, not trends.

Community — because none of us were meant to navigate this alone.

Holistic health — mind, body, and nervous system, because everything is connected.

Sense of purpose — understanding what drives and motivates you at the deepest level.

Resilience strategies— tools that work for real life, not just in theory.

And yes, having a good time — because healing does not always have to be heavy

The door is always open.
