ADHD Coaching
You've tried harder; let's try different.
Practical, structured coaching for those who want to work on the real-world impact of ADHD — time blindness, task initiation, follow-through, and emotional dysregulation.
This is coaching, not therapy: no diagnosis, no insurance, available to anyone regardless of location. Built around concrete tools you'll actually use.
Coaching is…
a practical, forward-facing work on the parts of life that ADHD makes difficult: getting started, finishing, remembering, deciding, and recovering when systems fall apart. We build structures around the brain you actually have, and then we adjust them when needed.
In practice, that looks like:
Externalizing what your working memory keeps dropping, so it lives somewhere other than your head
Building routines that survive a bad week rather than ones that only work when you are already doing well
Task initiation and follow-through strategies, including the unglamorous ones
Time and transition supports, calendars and planning systems that you will actually open
Accountability with a set rhythm, so the work continues between sessions
Navigating school, work, or home systems that were not designed with you in mind
Coaching is not…
psychotherapy or clinical care and does not include:
Diagnosis or assessment of ADHD or any other condition
Treatment of a mental health condition
Guidance about medication, dosing, or whether to pursue an evaluation
Processing trauma, grief, or clinical distress
Crisis support or emergency services
