Executive Coaches
Consultation is not supervision and does not fulfill supervision requirements for licensure. It is a focused conversation between clinicians about a specific case, a clinical question, or a treatment approach, grounded in evidence-based frameworks.
ADHD Coaching
Practical, structured coaching for adults who want to work on the real-world impact of ADHD — time blindness, task initiation, follow-through, and emotional dysregulation. This is coaching, not therapy: no diagnosis, no insurance, available to anyone regardless of location. Built around concrete tools you'll actually use.
Presentations & Trainings
Available for clinical teams, OB practices, pediatric offices, schools community organizations, etc. Topics include perinatal OCD, postpartum mental health, nervous system regulation, values exploration for teenage girls, and OCD. CEU credit available for select trainings. Inquire for availability and custom topics.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is grounded in one honest truth: a full life isn't a comfortable one. Instead of teaching you to manage or eliminate difficult thoughts and feelings, ACT helps you hold them more lightly so they stop running the show. The focus is on values clarification, psychological flexibility, and building a willingness to feel things fully.
Best for: chronic anxiety, overthinking and thought spirals, feeling stuck or directionless, and anyone who has tried to think their way out of hard feelings and found it isn't working.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a skills-based approach centered on four core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. It's practical, concrete, and especially well-suited for people who feel things intensely and want better tools for navigating that.
Best for: emotional intensity, difficulty tolerating distress, relationship conflict, impulsivity, ADHD, and people who know what they should do but can't seem to do it in the moment.
The Approach
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
The gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP works by gradually and intentionally facing the thoughts, situations, and uncertainty that OCD uses to keep you trapped , without doing the rituals or reassurance seeking that maintain the cycle. It's uncomfortable, it works, and it's done collaboratively at a pace that is challenging but manageable.
Best for: OCD in all its presentations, including harm OCD, relationship OCD, postpartum OCD, health anxiety, and contamination-based OCD.
Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT)
Designed for people who are overcontrolled — highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and outwardly high-functioning, but privately lonely, rigid, or exhausted by their own standards. RO-DBT targets the patterns that keep you disconnected and helps you build the flexibility and openness that rigid coping has crowded out.
Best for: perfectionism, chronic self-criticism, and high-achieving people who feel isolated despite doing everything right.
